BOAT & TRIP POLICIES

Cancellation Policy:  Your deposit is fully refundable if a trip is cancelled by the client within 30 days of scheduled trip or if the Captain cancels the trip due to adverse weather/sea conditions.  If a trip is cancelled by the client under 30 days we reserve the right to retain your deposit and reschedule the trip for the next available date(s).  Note: Last minute trip cancellations by the client up to 48 hours or No-shows will forfeit their deposit(s).

Passenger Checklist:  Baseball type cap or visor, wool hat, etc.  Sunscreen - SPF 15 or greater. Foul weather gear, bibs, fishing shirts, etc.  Polarizied sunglasses.  Boat/Deck shoes (No Black Soles - Please).  Pack a lunch, snacks and beverages (water, ice tea, etc.) for you to enjoy during the trip!  No Hard Alcoholic Beverages are allowed onboard, also we adhere to the USCG zero drug policy - No Illegal Drugs are permitted onboard the vessel.  If you have a medical condition, please inform the Captain prior to departure, so that we may take the necessary precautions to ensure your safety.

Camera's & Video Equipment:  Please note, we use GoPro©  & TrollPro© video & digital camera equipment on-board to capture all the action!  We reserve the right to retain and use all footage and picture(s) shot during the trip for promotional purposes, such as fishing blogs, social media, print, etc., and shall remain the property of Long Run Fishing Charters.  Please inform the Captain if you wish not to be photographed for any reason, prior to departure.  If you bring along your own video/camera or other equipment, images shot onboard shall remain the property of Long Run Fishing Charters. All Rights Reserved, and shall not be sold or used in any publications with out receiving prior approval in writing from Long Run Fishing Charters.  We assume No Responsibilty for Loss and/or Damage to your personal equipment during the trip - So please be sure it is properly protected & secured from water spray, shock, etc. Type your paragraph here.

Our Vessel meets all USCG safety requirements. Our captains are First AID/CPR trained and certified.  We are fully licensed and insured for your protection.
